These terms apply to all services booked through the VeloVerse platform.
2. Services
VeloVerse arranges pickup, maintenance and delivery services for bikes through cooperating partner workshops.
3. Prices and payment
The prices shown at the time of booking apply. Any additional repairs are agreed with you in advance.
4. Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time.
5. Liability
We are liable according to statutory provisions. Our vetted partner workshops are responsible for the proper execution of the repair.
